Can some explain all the ticker symbols? VTSAX, VTAIX, etc.

Already in on VOO. Whats the best combo?

Got $17k leftover. Was gonna put it all in international stocks.

International is fake and gay and only has a decent year every decade or two. ALso, an argument can be made that international lost its relevance post 2000 with the globalization of every company that matters. DO you think Google, coke and Raytheon don't have international exposure baked in? Just VOO and chill, or total market (VTSAX) and chill. Look at their track records for the last 30 years, if you can find a basically free index fund that beats it, jump in, you won't though.

Also, DCA the 17k, would be sad to see a sustained drop with 17k bought in at the peak. Argument can be made the other way, but safe vs sorry with plenty of years before the money is needed.
