When did all the archived misc history become unlocked?

I noticed we can reply in some of the threads brought over from old misc. When did this happen? Are they all unlocked?

Mirin the dedication to preserve the misc, even when i was on newmisc i was impressed at the archive, now it's an active forum

It seems like they are all unlocked now.

I looked up a lot of my old threads from R/P section on old misc, and they are missing a lot of the thread content though. Not sure how much @allfather scraped or still has to restore, but I know most of my threads had a decent amount of replies back then. Now they only have between 1-3 replies. Oh well.
