I dont use too much. I shower twice a day and use shower gel. Sometimes a huff and a puff from REXONA deodorant spray

Yeah I use the Old Spice blue stick too whatever scent that is, I forgot.

Ban roll on like once in the last 20 years . I wash my arm pits well in the shower twice a day ,as I don’t think putting chemicals directly onto lymph nodes is a good practice srs

Dove men spray deodorant.

I have the Dove men clinical whatever they call it for days I work out or if I expect to get excessively sweaty.

I recently switched from Gillette Cool Wave Gel deodorant, which I’ve used since High school to old spice swagger so that I’m not aluminummaxing anymore. My tour might still be over
