Why is it with some girls you can get hard so easily but others you can't?

It's strange because looks doesn't play that much of a role. There was one time I got soft I couldn't do it and it was with the hottest chick I've ever been with. Maybe I was nervous, or it was the way she was acting I don't know. But then there was this other girl I was with who I didn't find all that attractive but she was able to get my dick hard at any time and place.

Maybe It's because I don't feel pressure or maybe I feel more desired with the uglier girl.

Could be pheromones too. There's more to attraction than just looks.
