Just power washed it last night, use my battery blower to get the leaves and shit off the this morning. Used 5 buckets and a squeegee. Came out pretty good much better than hiring some company that will put watery garbage down

Yah it had some cracks in it and my jack punched a hole in it. Get one more year outta it before I make the investment into concrete. Seal coaters used to be sorta cheap but now they want a fortune and they just use some watered down bull crap

I was a sealcoater for 10 years. While it's true some companies can gyp you on the mix often times professional companies will used coal tar based sealer which is superior to the asphalt emulsion based sealers in the store. Other problem though is many companies will just want to spray coat it while squeeging is a better method for good condition asphalt. Until it's fully cured make sure your car is rolling when you turn your wheel or you'll leave turnout marks.

I parked all my vehicles in the back. Probably let it dry for 2 days supposed to be 90s so should dry quickly. I used black jack max, kept them upside all night then this morning stood them up and shook them around a little. Probably put it on a little thick but oh well

Good strategy. A little thick is fine, it's common to do do two coats anyway for a single coat that's fine. Plus get the satisfaction of doing it yourself.
