ITT you post good rules to live by

-sunlight, before screen light(in relation to first waking up everyday)
-never trust a drug addict
-never take anything at face value, always read/hear, think "that's a statement, but doesn't necessary mean it's true"...look into things and facts..get into the habit of thinking this first whenever someone says something, even someone you trust.
, always be considering ulterior motives
-when something seems too good to be true, it 99% of the time is
When he regains consciousness, double the voltage.

I have ten I adhere to. I understand these will not resonate with everyone. They are my rules for me to follow for my reasons. I have permission to do everything/anything as long as it doesn’t violate these. There is a lot of room for fuckery.

1. Love/Compassion.  If you want to feel compassion, show compassion.  It is just as possible to exist in this mindset as it is to exist in a mindset of depression or anxiety.  It is a choice.  In every instance, just love.  Loving is the single greatest experience I have had.  Why would anyone choose to do anything other than love?

2. Respect.  I am a respectful person.  That is not dependent on other people’s behavior.  No one has to earn that, it is my choice to give it freely, and I do.  No matter how anyone else behaves, I will respond with respect. I am a respectful person. I will respect myself.

3. Feelings are personal.  Do not give yours to anyone else to take care of.  They will crush you every time.  At the same time, do not take responsibility for anyone else’s.  In order to be offended, you have to participate. Explore offense and why you feel it, what is the appropriate response when you feel it?  Do not base decisions on superficial feelings, but people’s feelings are valid to them.  They should always be taken into consideration.  They are not a priority as they are based on biased inaccurate values and subjective ignorant “information”. Protect them if you can.  Don’t give them a second thought if you can’t.  Yours or anyone else’s.

4. Be You.  Do whatever you want for the reasons you want to do them. The only restriction here is not interfering with other’s autonomy.  If you do this in that manner, be absolutely unapologetic about it. When it is time for the consequences, you stepped up to the plate and made your choices. Live intentionally on purpose with respect to your human nature. What other people think or what we think other people think of us is 100% irrelevant.

5. Honesty/Integrity. It is impossible to achieve any goal I have without this. This is the goal. Stressful situations which push my emotional responses are tools I can use to develop it. Take advantage of every single one. This is extremely difficult, borderline impossible. If anyone can do it, I ABSOULTELY CAN. I am not the person I want to be without integrity, I know I will have the life I want with it, regardless of what that looks like from a superficial perspective. This is extremely important for growth and development as a human on Earth, but more importantly for spiritual growth. It is absolutely necessary to feel the pain only honesty can bring in ever single moment. Why live otherwise? What is the point? Operate in the light and shine light on darkness. Shine light everywhere.

6. I AM. It is a complete statement which is grammatically and contextually accurate.  It is the fundamental cornerstone of the understanding I have of my own existence. Long before anything I do or have done, long before I ever spoke or knew I existed, I AM.

7. Just Be. There is no reason to set and strive to reach professional goals other than unnecessary self esteem and ego.  You have more money than you need to survive, everything else is waste. You don’t have to prove yourself to anyone.  You don’t have to compete for anything. Don’t waste your time when it only serves to further waste your time while being exploited. Just be. Sit and fucking think.  Like a cat sunbathing.  Exist and love and nothing more. Focus on abundance you already have, it is significant. It is enough to achieve what you want to achieve, any more will be a distracting obstacle.

8. Have a relationship with your life/the universe/yourself.

9. You keep the most valuable gifts by sharing them with others. They actually grow.

10. Go inside. You have an impenetrable fortress in your mind and you are only beginning to realize the most beneficial and important functions have been suppressed since birth. Turn off the TV, social media, porn, substances, poisons, food, wasting sexual energy, GIVE UP EVERYTHING WORLDLY! Seek growth and development. Use every single opportunity to reinforce your strengths and communicate self-respect to others. Turmoil and adversity are amazing opportunities to practice these skills and develop them. Everything you need is inside you. EVERYTHING YOU NEED IS INSIDE YOU. Everything outside of you is a learning opportunity for the inside of you where everything you need is, where you exist, where you thrive, where I AM and it is eternal.

Be a nice person but have the ability to say no and set boundaries.

Being a yes man and people pleaser is the legit worst thing you can be. I say this as a yes man and a people pleaser and its been the single biggest detriment to my life srs.

A lot of times I wish I was autistic and could say things that piss people off. I'm too in my own head all the time wanting to be liked by everyone. Its actually quite pathetic. Honestly being liked doesn't even lead to lasting relationships, but being respected does. So trying to be liked has the oppostie effect of what you think it'll have.

Anyways the point is noone has your best insterests at heart besides yourself and its important to live for yourself and cut people off who don't share the same direction and values as you do.

You ever expose yourself to uncomfortable (but safe) situations to kind of get your central nervous system used to feeling it?

I think these types of exercises would help here.

it's a muscle u need to constantly work or u lose it. i view it figuratively sort of like maintaining a field, you need to consistentity mow it, cut back the encroaching trees and branches along the edges, if you dont do these things, the longer you go without maintenance the harder it makes it when u do decide to come back and "trim it back". You're either growing or shrinking, i dont think there is a a inbetween

Agreed. Just like exercising to maintain a healthy body. You don’t just get there and stop. Keeping it is not the same as obtaining it.

It has to be a part of who you are. You have to drill it into your subconscious. We can reprogram ourselves. It is an amazing gift.

The efforts I put in to protect myself from evil abusive Corpoprate America and learning the law and how to sue and defend myself against lawsuits and write lawyer type letters has been hugely powerful the past few decades for me.

Businesses and their lawyers will shit test you about everything if it makes them a few extra dollars; they will lie out thier asses and have contracts with all kinds of unenforceable predatory clauses in them, and try to indimidate you and most people will be afraid or ignorant and bend over for them, which is why it's so profitable.

I recommend https://jurisdictionary.com/

as well as this old ass book on the subject, if you can find a copy:

https://www.amazon.com/Dont-Need-Lawyer-James-Kramon/dp/0761140387

Nothing feels better than telling some debt collector or some business you left a bad review for or whatever to fuk right off and die.
