Modafinil
Adderall
Cocaine

Sleep Protocol
1. Blackout Curtains and no/minimize/cover LEDs in bedroom for complete darkness.
2. Turn thermostat temperature down to 67 or 68 degrees during sleep hours.
2. No food or drinks at least 2 hours before bedtime.
3. No caffeine except for coffee in the morning.
4. Put the phone away and don’t look at it during sleep hours.
5. Set the phone to automatically go silent and no vibrate during sleep hours.
6. Start "Winding Down" Physically and Mentally at least 4 hours before bedtime. Shut everything down early!
7. Transition into bed early and watch TV if desired.
8. Get plenty of sunshine during the day.
9. Get plenty of exercise during the day - weightlifting and 1 hour walks.
10. Have a big dinner which includes animal protein and vegetables - both starchy carbs (potatoes) and greens.
11. 100% Cotton White Sheets - Wash fresh every week.
12. Light Blanket - Not Too Hot!
13. Sleep in light clothing/boxers only.
14. Have a comfy bed, mattress pad, sheets, and pillows. Doesn’t have to be expensive.
15. Complete Silence.
16. Take a shower before bed.
17. Target 8 Hours minimum sleep.
18. Avoid Alcohol and Drugs.
19. Go to bed as early as possible and get up as early as possible - 9pm-5am is a good target.
20. Avoid sugar, HFCS, junk food and fast food.
21. Avoid debt and leverage and maximize savings and investments.
22. Keep a clean uncluttered calming house and life.
23. Write a daily ‘To Do’ List to help you sleep to give you comfort knowing that you can attack those items tomorrow.
24. Keep the same regular sleep schedule all week.
25. “Night/Sleep Mode Bryan” vs. “Problem Solving Bryan” - Bryan Johnson

one thing that i've enjoyed about getting out of working was getting sleep and just waking up naturally instead of with alarm clocks.

I've never used Adderall.
Cocaine would be awful for doing any sort of productive work.
Modafinil is legit great.

Nope. If I don't get at least 6 hours, I can't function properly. Caffeine won't make a difference, it will just make me jittery and anxious. Less than 4 hours and I feel like death.

a single cup of coffee has enough caffeine to salvage 1 bad night of sleep srs
i know u won't try this but go 14 days without any caffein and then have 1 cup u will be blown away with how powerful caffeine is srs

I rarely have internal meetings and when I do they are usually later in the morning for me because my company is in a different time zone. So a 9am meeting for them is 11am for me.
