I'm 100 percent a proponent of reta and I would take it if I needed to. But I have the opposite problem and thats keeping weight on. I'm naturally a skinnycel.

True but he has his own clinic "Kino Clinic" where they prescribe tirzepatide which is why he's pushing it. I don't think they can legally prescribe reta (yet)
