I wish there was some commonality between all these teen take overs. They're all in different cities so it's not a geographic phenomenon. If only the news would provide us some kind of trend regarding the type of teens that are doing this so that we know if we can relax or not when we notice teens congregating

My uncle identified a possible teen take over




You can see the girls exposing their legs dressing all slutty and that one boy has athletic footwear so I think he's an urban youth I read about on CNN. They're about to do donuts in a stolen hellcat and do a teen take over of that bridge
