If I’m not sore does that mean I’m not lifting heavy enough ?
Been lifting again for 2-3 weeks and have been slowly adding a small amount of weight to my lifts every other workout the first two weeks then once I hit 3 weeks I tried to add 20-40 lbs
After using that weight only twice my lower body doesn’t get sore with that increase anymore
The only thing that gets sore now are my side glutes and hip flexors but I finish with a lot isolating movements and it doesn’t take much for those to grow
If my butt and quads aren’t getting as sore anymore will they still grow ? Thanks
