Work this body part to fix your life. (srs)

Your deep abdominal wall.

Been doing these exercises along with including planks into my workout.

My posture is good again. Anterior pelvic tilt gone. Able to breathe thru my nose again. IBS gone. Brain fog gone. Nervous system healed

Absolute game changer if u sit for a long time, esp with bad posture

This is outdated boomer advice

Most of us younger ppl are sitting way more often causing our deep adominal wall to weaken. We also consume a lot of odd artificial sweeteners and goislop causing irritation to our gut. Then add in the weird chemicals that have been secretly added to real, fresh foods causing inflammation. PE classes in school getting soft to accommodate the handful of weak kids. Lastly, many kids having lower self esteem causing slouching.

Without a properly trained deep abdominal wall, the avg youngin doing heavy compounds would just compensate with other muscle groups causing injury

Jesus christ why does everyone try to reinvent the wheel?! I have no problem with throwing in planks and other stuff if that's your thing...but to sit here and say heavy compounds are outdated boomer advice is fuckin retarded. Obviously when you start the gym you're not hitting big numbers. Basic compounds are where you start and the more you do them and stay consistent, the stronger you get.

Food today is crap and most people have shitty diets...that I agree with.
