u have to get fat during a phase of ur life and ur calves will grow srs

i grew up skinny and also had small calves. then blew up to a 220lb fat fuk and maintained that for a couple years before cutting again

my calves have grown and the gainz stayed

You have to train calves with heavy weight and high reps.

The calves are so used to being used everyday (walking, running ), that higher reps are essential.

20-25 rep range
