US Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) died Saturday following a brief illness at the age of 71, his office said on X.
“On the evening of Saturday, July 11, U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham passed away from a brief and sudden illness. Senator Graham’s family appreciates prayers at this time and asks for privacy during this incredibly difficult period,” Graham’s office said.

Seemed so spry. What a surprise. It's sad when anyone dies and i feel bad for him and his family. He seemed to be a master of the game, which is why people are fed up with congress because it's not a game to us. I think he was McCain's student and learned a lot of hawkish tricks and other things from him but what do I know. There's a lot about a lot of things that we'll never know.
