He's generally not deluded as far as I can tell. Delusion is being wrong while being unaware. When he's wrong, he probably knows he's wrong but he can never stop arguing so he keeps going even though he knows he's wrong.

But what am I wrong about? OP says my mother is a mudshark, whatever that is. But my mother has been married to my father for 38 years. Ask OP if his parents are married. They're not. They divorced because his father couldn't handle a special needs child.

I already have everything I want in life. Beautiful wife, healthy kids, money. My parents are both alive and together, all my siblings are thriving. I don't need anything else.

You need your health and you cant be long term healthy if you are overweight, you are still young but in a decade or so it can lead to serious issues. Time to cut .

For now I'm good. I get blood work every 3 months, and everything is fine. I'll eventually cut down, but for now I'm good.
