Impressed by Latino work ethic

So I hired a father and son contractor to install a new fence and cut down the tree next to my house so that it doesn't fuck up the foundation or fuck up my roof the next time the winds kick in.


The father is in his 70s and son is in his 40s. Both of them have been showing up everyday doing backbreaking labor in the scorching SoCal heat. I'm impressed by the old man because he's out there wielding a chainsaw and carrying the tree trunk like it's nothing.


$4000 for the job and I'll happily pay it.

When it comes to tradie work, I only hire Latinos. I'm not hiring lazy White guys who do a half-ass job and will rip me off.

The less theres people the higher quality youll get.
When theres more people almost everybody gets lazy hoping somebody else will do it.
Father and son theres nobody else to do it for you the job has to be done and its just you two
Also the father and son role plays a major prt.
The old man is old enough to be a stand up dude he wont start doing goofy shit to risk him and his sons reputation. The son wont fuck his old man over for anything.
Being hispanics has nothing to do with it

Best contractor I've ever used was a black guy and his son. They were not fast, but the work was exceptional.

is it just me or black guys notorious for owning small paving companys? it seems whenever i see driveways being paved its a black group. the older gen of blacks mostly that dont act like thugs

I've never met a Black contractor. Black guys who do tradie work usually work for the city or state. I've never even met a Black mechanic. Most mechanics are either Latino or Asian (usually Chinese) or Aremenians, but I wouldn't trust Armenians because they're always involved in some sort of racket.

thats not true. black guys are known for paving and masonry. you wont ever see a black carpenter though. try to find one, let me know, bc i have never seen one. i wonder why that is
