I literally climbed this last Summer. It took about 25 minutes and I was sore as fuck for the rest of the day.
The worst part is that it's sand, so you keep taking a step forward then sliding back. If it were packed wet sand it would likely be decently easy.
Regardless though, the run down is super fun, and if you lived near this and could climb it every morning as a workout, you'd be fucking jacked in no time. The toughest part is that it's a full body workout on the way up, so I was using muscles that I hadn't used in a while.

But the thing is that it's actually steeper closer to the bottom than the top, so you're going to get fucking winded before it levels off.
