I only squat in the mid 200s and i have big legz and glutez (srs)

I never do anything other than like 10 sets of a2g squats.

You dont need to do anything other than deep squats

I should be doing hamstring and sldl work because my hammy are weak but thats besides the point.

I have big legz and big glutes from just squatting and i have great flexibility.

Most of you big meathesds dont even have the flexibility to go down this far which shows your an unathletic meathead.

@DrewDarden cant go this low

I probably won't ever go over two plates again srs. Increasing the reps or the time under tension is safer and more effective for hypertrophy
