Lol, this is your ex testing the waters. You shouldn't tell your woman, but you also need to keep things brief if you do choose to help.
Tell her to watch a youtube video or to find a man herself to help with these things.

I wouldn't worry about your ALT score. It's a pretty unreliable measurement. It doesn't actually mean there's anything wrong with your liver. You will literally have elevated levels if you work out consistently hard. It'll also get high from high protein diets. To get them to drop from lifting weights you'd have to rest and do nothing for at least a week and stop eating protein. Not worth it just to get a number down that isn't even a direct measurement of liver health.
This is all assuming you train hard though. Most miscers don't lift so when they see high ALT scores it probably is from their shitty drinking habits.
For the rest of that lift, what's more important is to track if it moves higher for some reason. You've already established a baseline. If you're not a degen drinker or drug user your liver is fine and it's higher for other reasons that have nothing to do with liver damage.
Hope that helps.

"One day I won't be able to lift any more. Not I won't want to lift. I mean physically unable. That day could be decades from now or it could be tomorrow. All I know is that's the day I'll wish I could lift more than ever. The day I'd give anything for one more workout, one more set, or one more cardio session. So go hard and enjoy every workout, every set, every rep. Because one day you will wake up and you will never get it back."
