I didn’t buy a power cage, but I bought one of those bench press pulley system combos from there. It was very chintzy and I got rid of it. Might have worked if I was lifting incredibly light, but I wouldn’t trust it with any real weight.

I would avoid the ones with the smith machine included, never had one but I do have a cage with everything else, the tolerances are ok for pulling weights up and down with cables buy for bench I would want a high end one with silky smooth operation. Maybe they work ok idk but it would suck if one side kept sticking. Also bench looks narrow, I prefer wider and they are harder to get cheap.

I dont think it would be a scam, hard to understand how they can ship that much weight for free though.

Just get a setup from Rogue. Half rack, power bar and plates. Dedicated flat bench as a minimum and an additional adjustable bench if you have the room.

I got a red light panel off AliBaba from the exact same place that US companies order them from. Except it was 1/3 of the price with the exact same bulbs. If you research properly, it's the same stuff from the same factories, just not direct so you get a markup.

None of those pics you posted seem like deals

I've seen some decent stuff ordered from Alibaba on /r/homegym. It shows up in crates/pallets so I'm not sure I wanna risk big orders from China. Too much potential logistical issues

Just buy stuff off Marketplace or Amazon. Black Friday is when gym equipment companies do their big clearance sales
