I’ve probably got a few dozen Fox shirts . When I dirt biked I really liked their body armour. No one makes a roost guard even close to theirs ergonomically.
They also have the best gloves . They don’t bunch up in the palm area whatsoever in my case anyways . Their elbow /forearm pads are the only ones I found that stay I place .
Their knee / shin pads are meh , as well as their boots . But I’ve always been loyal to that company and still buy their shirts

I’ve had a lot of people commenting on my weight loss , so I thought I’d order a couple XL’s to see if I could get them on . Just 50 pounds to go

Thx . People that I know have mentioned that, plus they said my chest and shoulders are much smaller. Can’t win lol , but I just want to lose more and more weight . I think it’s a definitely a challenge to maintain muscle mass as your cutting . For the most part I seem to be maintaining the same strength atm though . I was a rep down on my bench press , but that could be anything, dunno

Tbh I don’t really have much for cravings, well other than my yogurt treat most days . It’s made with stevia and I don’t think it’s much of an issue.
I’m having one meal a day and a glass of milk with amino acids and protein for my second meal b4 I work out . Been raiding the neighbours garden and having raspberries ,but I don’t think that adds up to very much

Darn near . 3 years ago I was 299 , but Edos Japan came here and the other side was Quesadilla . I ate there 6 days a week and lost over 25 pounds just by eating regularly at those 2 franchises.
I haven’t gone there since I got diagnosed with diabetes though . I could still have a quesadilla once in a while ,but the wrap is worse than bread blood sugar wise , and the rice is not recommended. I could do a bowl , but without the rice what’s the fking point .

There’s a health food restaurant in town and the lady makes incredible soups , so I’ve been either eating at home or have a large bowl of her soup .
As soon as I get my kitchen renovations completed though , I’m flying Kim up here to teach me how to cook .

No I had far too much forearm pump to race . We were in a small coal mining town and dirt biking was about the only thing to do .
Sure have some incredible memories from those days .
At one time we were actually allowed to ride from your residence to the bush . We had to have a plate and insurance, but liability insurance was cheap AF back then.
Was pretty wild going through town on a dirt bike though . I’d pop a wheelie for the locals on occasion.
On my 86 RM125 I could do a 3 gear wheelie . One time in the bush I actually did 5 gears . Never used 1st as it was too low
