I’ve had to wear XXL shirts , but they’re starting to look like I’m wearing a garbage bag because they fit so loose with my recent weight loss .
I didn’t have a pump here but I believe I still give Prime a run first his money srs , and I’m a senior citizen . Was 241 yesterday, much better than 299

When you posted a couple vids from your tool shop, I was gonna ask, how many blue Fox shirt do you have? Because you were wearing 2 different blue Fox shirts in each vid.
Mirin the new Fox shirts. Glad you fit into xl now.

They also have the best gloves . They don’t bunch up in the palm area whatsoever in my case anyways . Their elbow /forearm pads are the only ones I found that stay I place .
Their knee / shin pads are meh , as well as their boots . But I’ve always been loyal to that company and still buy their shirts
I’ve had a lot of people commenting on my weight loss , so I thought I’d order a couple XL’s to see if I could get them on . Just 50 pounds to go

Please stay safe OP. I'm sure you've reached an age where you no longer care about getting doxxed but the gay Canadian government could arrest you for wrongthink.

I was a rep down on my bench press , but that could be anything, dunno
Nice work. Belly looks flatter. Keep going.

I don’t think it’s a coincidence that they recently expanded a prison in Ontario to cage an additional 6000 prisoners

Have you thought of using tirzepitide or one of those glp drugs? I would use it to curb hunger, but i'm afraid of hair loss sides
I’m having one meal a day and a glass of milk with amino acids and protein for my second meal b4 I work out . Been raiding the neighbours garden and having raspberries ,but I don’t think that adds up to very much

I haven’t gone there since I got diagnosed with diabetes though . I could still have a quesadilla once in a while ,but the wrap is worse than bread blood sugar wise , and the rice is not recommended. I could do a bowl , but without the rice what’s the fking point .
There’s a health food restaurant in town and the lady makes incredible soups , so I’ve been either eating at home or have a large bowl of her soup .
As soon as I get my kitchen renovations completed though , I’m flying Kim up here to teach me how to cook .
Will post pics

Sure have some incredible memories from those days .
At one time we were actually allowed to ride from your residence to the bush . We had to have a plate and insurance, but liability insurance was cheap AF back then.
Was pretty wild going through town on a dirt bike though . I’d pop a wheelie for the locals on occasion.
On my 86 RM125 I could do a 3 gear wheelie . One time in the bush I actually did 5 gears . Never used 1st as it was too low

Mirin broham.
But I am not letting you near my girl, sister, mother and grandmother.
I already know you mowing down woman and smacking them with that drumstick of a pimp hand.
