lol, the army has an airborne program that is autonomous to the army. We teach and certify airborne, we fly the aircraft (along with other branches), we pay the jump pay....
the army is not reliant on any other branch at all to sustain it airborne program.

Mirin selecting the superior military branch. Absolutely srs. If I had it all to do again, I'd have waited for the army tattoo reg to change and do exactly what you're doing. Infantry, airborne, Ranger. Then eventually try for SF. Also, I don't recommend beginning the rotting process via games. Ranger school is going to ruin your life, so use every opportunity to work towards it.
