How can I get results similar to Lachowski on Tinder using face pics alone?

I am 19 and Indian.5ft11.Fit and getting fitter daily.Strong jawline.I study Computer Science engineering at basically the Caltech of India.But anyway,I have managed a good number of such convos on whisper.Here is a sample.
Keep in mind
1)They are all different girls.2)They all saw JUST my face.3)I started pervert mode as soon as she showed her face.

But I can't do this on Tinder.But I swipe in India and it's not very popular in India.I do get some matches.On OkCupid,my location is India and I send perverted messages to girls all around the world.MOST respond negatively.BUT a tiny portion respond to me in a fashion similar to the Francisco Lachwoski and Sean O Pry experimental results.How to get as many as them?
