Where do you get your protein?

Humans evolved to eat meat.

What about B12?

Protein is overated only reason protein is hyped up is to sell useless protein powders, .7g/lb body weight is fine.
Given that your brains main source of glucose which comes mainly from carbohydrates. We evolved to eat carbs, humans are herbivores. B12 is not found in meat, it's found in the soil they give b12 to the animals makes more sense to supplement b12 than eat it from a dead animal.

This offends me as a vegan transgender atheist who vapes and crossfits 4 times a week.

Where do you get your protein?

And where do you get your B12?

Not how much is needed, but what sources. At 0.7/lb you need like 120 grams day right?

It's actually the opposite you make better gains as a vegan, plant based proteins are better quality amino acids. All plants have full amino acid profiles. As long as you keep calories the same you're fine the reason why people get weak on vegan diets is because the volume-calorie ratio is high which is good because you get to enjoy food more

Every plant based food has protein in it so you still have to count that but the rich ones are, grains, greens, legumes, peanuts, wheat, seeds, soy (soy milk 8g protein per cup), there's also vegan replicas of animal foods as well

So you can't stay calm and answer the question without thinking its an opportunity to educate people?

Are those the sources where you get your 120 grams a day? Have you ever counted how much protein you are getting?

A piece of fruit or serving of vegetables has about 1 gram of protein right? How many bananas are you eating?

So your positive is that you still make gains, just like before? And the more animal products you take out the better ... why? For the environment (agreed btw)? For you?

I know this may be surprising but vegans are more ethical than omnivores. A person who doesn't kill humans is more ethical than a human that does. A human that doesn't kill animals is more ethical than a human that does. But if you're taking stepping stones that's great, most people grew up eating it so it's a habit i understand that but any progress is good
