Decided to taper off of my SSRI(lexapro) curious on others experience.
I had super bad paranoia, anxiety, clinical depression, and it helped a lot. The problem is I have no motivation and a general sense of apathy about life. I'm more stable in life, so I've decided to quickly taper off.
Any experience with tapering off SSRIs? I've been on it for a year and few months
Just want some others experience/opinion.

Don't make drastic changes to medication without consulting a mental health professional first. This moment comes up in treatment of anxiety in almost every case where you may be tempted to decrease medication because the symptoms have improved. You may be right, but it's best to discuss it with a professional who can give you an opinion based on your dosage, history, length of treatment, etc. Good luck m8.

Hey m8 please don't ask for medical advice around prescribed meds. I hope you speak with a doc.
