This Jalen deal really sucks. I made the championship matchup, combined this weeks and next weeks games, Winner gets $400.

TE's, I have to play one.

Pat Freiermuth
Dallas Goedert

QB's, I have to play 2

Kirk Cousins
Hurts
Watson

I'm thinking about riding with the Eagles as I have all year. Cut Watson, grab Minshew and then also play Dallas

totally hear that and he's in a tough position but if you want turnovers look no further than Mr. Prescott. Dak's thrown 9 picks in the last 6 games

Minshew throwing picks might work out in his favor. Tons of garbage points if they get down big.

100% Cousins. Not sure it's even a debate. No idea why you'd throw up a Hail Mary with Minshew when you have Cousins.

You missed the part about how I start 2 QBs, Cousins for sure is one of them. But Watson or pick Minshew or someone else for the 2nd.

Yeah, Philly's D has a pretty safe floor because they get lots of sacks and TOs.

So, you have to pick two guys for the next two weeks and can't change your lineup for the second week? Is that the issue? If so, that's tough, but I'd have to play Cousins and Watson. If you can switch for next week, then pick up Minshew for Watson and play Cousins and Minshew this week and Cousins and whichever Philly QB plays next week. Minshew is one of the better back ups and he is playing with one of the most complete teams in the league. He won't get top 3 fantasy numbers like Hurts was, but he's a fine replacement.

Stocked up on D for the last 2 weeks a couple of weeks ago. Been running the Dallas D all season but they've had a few rough games lately. Right now I'm starting the Titans D and next week the Jags D because of the matchup with Houston but they haven't looked as terrible lately. Still lean on the matchup and go Titans D this week and Jags next? Was going to pickup the Chargers D for the Rams matchup next week but they just got snagged.

I can change it after this week. I already picked up Minshew and dropped Watson for this week. I might change my mind. I’m curious if someone will pick up Watson, we can only keep 3 QBs on the roster. Basically we got rid of the kicker spot and made a super flex which means everyone plays 2 QBs but I can play anyone.

On pace for the worst fantasy showing of all time

The Lions defense hasn't given up a 10 point fantasy game to an RB for like 5 weeks or something.

Foreman? 100+ yards and TD in the first half. Hubbard? 70+ yards in the first half....... meanwhile DJ Moore? 0 targets.

I literally benched Foreman for Bam Knight because of this who got -2 yards. NEGATIVE 2

in a close game and had to live through;
Henry (big game) fumbling
McPherson missing XPs and a field goal
Jamarr Chase fumbling
opponent had Burrow who of course didn't hit Chase for any of his scores

I'm up 23 and he has Tua to go. I have Jones, Hill, and Godwin lol. Safe to say I'm on to the finals. Would be my first win in this league after about 10 years so would be nice to get one. Guy I will play has a monster team though. I need Buffalo to suck next week to have a chance. Allen and Diggs is a deadly combo.

Kittle and Henry taking me to the promise land

my matchup wound up so close even the yahoo guys have us finishing within a half point of eachother.

he wraps up today and my last players go monday night. justin herbert and mike williams. both guys are great but very unpredictable this season (williams has always been that way but justin especially).

edit - nevermind. guy had akers. game over.

Got two out of my three redraft teams into the championship next week. Not bad, I'll take it.

One of my opponents picked up the Broncos D for their joocey matchup against the Rams. LOL, didn't work out. The Broncos need to be relegated to the XFL.

Oh this was my fault as well. I had picked up the Broncos D like 2 weeks ago targeting this matchup lol.... fantasy football just decided to completely implode on me like it was all orchestrated or something so I take the blame for the Broncos meltdown. If anyone also had Myers I'll take credit for the weak performance from him as well haha.

It is what it is. My team wasn't a bad team but I do think the right two teams will be squaring off in the championship in my league. I was probably 3rd best team, but was in the weaker division which let me snake in for the bye round and 2nd overall record.

Only thing I regret is I wish I had a better showing for the playoffs. Everything kind of broke apart on me here so it kind of killed the fun of the playoffs. I couldn't figure Foreman out, one week he'd have a good week then next it would be like 3 point. I couldn't figure Singletary out pretty much all year. Pat Freiermuth puts up a 0 the week before my first playoff matchup. Of course the biggest issue with Hurts going down.

It was just a mess. I was fine going down with a loss but I definitely would have preferred to be semi competitive. I put up 66 points after averaging around 115 each week in my league, so to say this was a disappointing way to finish is an understatement.

The other guy I'll likely end up playing for the championship picked up the Broncos D and is getting close to blowing his lead because of it. He had a pretty good one to start and would need to avoid a miracle from Herbert and for Ekeler to stay out of the end zone but it could happen. Would be lulzy to see.

i feel this. i grabbed the titans weeks ago like some kinda genius because they had a home game against the Texans. it wasn't the worst but it didn't help me.

top team and i'm facing the 6 seed. but that 6 had foreman AND akers. completely ridiculous. meanwhile my pro bowl squad goes out there and fumbles and under performs. i got herbert and big mike tonight chasing 55 in a matchup i was favored by 20. ridiculous. ugly weekend up and down man.

I did the same and also the Jags for next week against the Texans. The Texans don't look as awful as they were so this worries me a bit. May just roll with Dallas but I have Henry and I hate playing a D with a player I need to do well.

on one hand: start the stud and go dallas. Willis doesn't have a clue what he's doing at QB. he's good for 2 turnovers easily. even if henry gets his piece you'll be alright.

on the other........it's not like Houston looked that great vs the Titans. one of their touchdowns was a fumble into the endzone that burkhead fell on to save their ass. Titans also dropped a pick thrown right to their guy's chest. Jags have struggled vs Houston over the years though.

In roughly 20 years of fantasy football, I'm in my first championship game. In a bit of a conundrum for RB.

Current starting RBs:
Nick Chubb
Jamaal Williams
Jerick McKinnon in flex spot
Jeff Wilson on the bench

Been starting Chubb and Williams on autopilot since week one or two. Dilemma comes with Williams vs Wilson. Williams has been solid for the first 3/4 of the year but when he stinks it up, it's bad. Wilson seems to be streaky too and coming on a hot streak. WWYD?

I'd lean Jeffe Wilson but this is difficult. Miami might be starting Bridgewater at QB so I have no idea what that means for the RBs. Wilson and Raheem split the touches. If one or the other was hurt, a solo act would be great for fantasy. but both are healthy.

Think I’m going Dallas. Especially if Henry sits that makes it easy. But both Jones and Henry are question marks so I’m in deep **** if one sits. Maybe I’ll get lucky and Jamaal sits and swift will finally go off but with my luck it’ll be the Justin Jackson show with 30 carries for 30 yards.

so this is it. finals in one of my leagues (the one where i did NOT face cam akers)

Tua is highly questionable for this week. Somehow I made it this far with him at QB. My options on waivers, assuming my opponent doesn't play chess and grab one (he may)

Purdy @ LV
D Jones v IND

...that's really about it unless you want to say Minshew. But Minshew means waiting out to see if Jalen plays. Anyone have a strong take on these guys? Purdy seems the obvious pick.

Purdy is interesting. I would think the niners aren’t trying to run CMC into the ground so I would lean Purdy. But I’m also a biased niners fan who sees Purdy as the second coming of Christ to take them to the promise land.

it's really him or jones and i'm not in love with either. i dislike daniel jones on the football field, his throwing style, his lack of weapons, everything about him really.

on the season, Jones is just outside the top 10/12 QBs in points. but will he really do much vs the colts? herbert didn't do anything last night and didn't have to. Purdy is at least facing a team w/ a QB that will fight back a bit.

on the season, Jones is just outside the top 10/12 QBs in points. but will he really do much vs the colts? herbert didn't do anything last night and didn't have to. Purdy is at least facing a team w/ a QB that will fight back a bit.
Danny Dimes got me to the finals with Hurts out, I’m sticking with him. Colts don’t give up much in the way of qb rushing yardage but Purdy playing with that oblique injury seems like a ticking time bomb that could go off and have you with a qb that finishes the game with 2.5 points so I avoided him.

Is there any world where (full PPR) I should play Dotson with the qb change to Wentz, over Dionte Johnson? Feels like a floor vs. ceiling type of question

I would go with Purdy. Assuming he doesn't get hurt in-game, which I view as pretty unlikely, he has a safe floor. He's been making good decisions and keeping an elite offense humming. Shanahan is protecting him, so he's not going to throw 45 times, but he is safe for 200-250 and a TD or two. For a last minute replacement, that's about as much as you can ask for.

If you think you need a lottery ticket, I'm still waiting for the Pickett-to-Pickens breakout game. There have been signs of it coming for weeks, but it's never quite materialized. Maybe the GW drive against the Raiders will spark it. The Ravens (especially in Baltimore) aren't an easy defense to target, but both Peters and Humphrey are dinged up, and Hamilton has been burned this year.

For the championship do you like fournette or swift (ppr)? Does your answer change if jamaal Williams is out?

Williams being out could make it interesting but even then I'd still start Lenny. I gave up on Swift weeks ago.
