Ditto.
Second looks nicer. Not a fan of either myself personally, but between the two the second is nicer. The first one looks like a bad photoshop.
This is what I use for my PC .... Really fk with it. Nothing fancy but the colors go hard asf together.

Happy with my Xbox Series and PS5 controllers the build quality is really nice compared to previous gens. I do have an 8bitdo controller that feels super high quality so I'd go with the 2nd option. I eventually want an Ultimate 2C

Bottom one looks nicer, but Gamesir has better build quality in my experience.
I had an 8bitdo and loved it so I bought a second one as a backup. 4 months later the first one got drift so I opened the second one. Within a week of using the second one the X button (Xbox layout) was malfunctioning. I was trying to play Battlefield and I was arming an objective so you have to hold down X, and it would just stop arming randomly. And being as 4 months had past it was beyond the 30 day return period.
To be fair this was a couple years ago, and I know 8bitdo is using Hall Effect sticks in a lot of their controllers so drift might not be much of an issue any more. But I have 4 Gamesir controllers (2 for Xbox, 2 for PC) and all of them still work perfectly. I wouldn't buy/use a controller without the back buttons any more, I map the sprint function to back left rather than clicking the stick down in any games that require stick clicks.
The default Series X controllers were absolute garbage for me. I went through 4 in the first year I had the console, and I only kept getting them because MS would replace them for a year after buying the console, at least back then. Three of them got drift, one had RB stop working. No comment on their Elite controllers as I've never had one. PS4 controllers were very reliable for me, although I had a friend who went through a lot of those.

And even then, it wasn't drift, it would just get stuck and not return to normal, I probably just needed to clean it good but I bought a new one instead.

It speaks volumes that I had way more playtime on FPS games on PS4 and only got very minor drift once in 8 years of heavy playtime with those controllers, then suddenly started going through the Xbox ones like water when I got a Series X. The more they start implementing Hall effect and TMR sticks I'd be more willing to try other brands and if Xbox did it on an official controller I'd try it. But I'd still be leery.
Also Power A makes a $100 pro controller now. I realize most of their stuff is supposed to be cheap but I don't really want to spend $100 on anything from them lol.

Decided not to get rid of my corded xbox style controller or wired GameCube style controller that I have. Cannot really justify it as they are still in working order. Just going to get the style controllers that I am missing instead, with Bluetooth only connection.(so they connect to Android and Steam Deck easily)
N64 style bluetooth. Have the complete n64 library on this PC and I could never play them properly with xbox pad
And this bluetooth controller has a ps1 and snes combo aesthetic

That said, again I played way more in FPS games on PS4 (2000 hrs in BF4, 800 hrs in BF1, 1000 hrs in MW2019, 300 hrs in COD WW2) and only my first controller on that console got drift and it was very minor. After I replaced that in 2015 none of my PS4 controllers went bad even under heavy use and they still work perfectly today.
I take care of mine as well, regular cleaning and I don't eat while using them or throw them like some people do. Maybe you just got lucky. I know my friend had the opposite luck as me, he went through 6 PS4 controllers yet hasn't had a single Xbox SX controller go bad. I'm assuming quality control is inconsistent.

Honestly looking back can't believe I never got it on any 360, Xbox One or Ps4 controller with the amount of hours of use
