Should I buy Resident Evil 3 for 5.99?

I also played RE2 and 4.

2 was really fun, I enjoyed playing the female protagonist and seeing dat ass all the time lol.

4 was too hard for me, at the start the chainsaw mob keeps killing me lol.

If I liked 2 but not 4, should I buy 3 for $6?

RE3 remake is worth $6. It is fast and intense though, only about an hour long once you know the route and have good weapons. Can't recall much in the way of puzzles. You shouldn't have any troubles on lowest difficulty for sho.

The OG 90s version is also great, much longer.

It was free on PS+(still is?). But with that price, of course! Longer than the OG too. They added some stuff.

I personally loved REmake 3, it felt almost like a horror themed version of an Uncharted game, like it's just an action packed adventure with that sort of interactive cinematic feel. I think that's probably why it's a more divisive game as far as the RE fanbase goes, a lot of people like the approach the first two games had or the later entries.

It's short but for sure for $5 for sure.

Get 7 and Re8 Village too. theres a collection for $20 for both those games with both their DLC. Btw on RE4 you said it was hard, so thats the only time that will happen to you. That beginning segment is designed to overwhelm you until a bell rings to call the zombies somewhere. Just stay alive for a little bit and it will end. Some people do get discouraged to play after struggling with this. Try RE4 again its the GOAT

I beat it 7 times to 100% it. Definitely worth $5.
