Could I Turn A Windows 11 Laptop to Windows Vista To Play Arma 2?

My favorite game is Arma 2 because it's the first FPS with both Air/Land/Sea vehicles and dynamic doors.

But it crashes ALL THE TIME on windows 10, I think it's because the game was made on windows vista and has trouble running on new OS.
