The ego on that woman & the other one that walked out with her are ludicrous. Pushes come & go, storylines change quickly. Within a month or two she likely would have been back at the top of the singles pile & she gets paid a lot of money whatever. 250k base salary, then add in bonuses & merch etc & she was likely on 400k a year & bitching about holding a belt & not being booked as well as she would like.

Christ, Pillman rather than take a pay cut under Watts spent months putting everybody over in 1992-for 225k, saying he would be the world's highest paid jobber rather than get cut in half or whatever, until Watts eventually saw that he was cutting off his nose to spite his face & started pushing him. She was probably making something close with all the add-ons to what Benoit was in 2006 ffs.

To be fair, nobody is going to be the female Rock or the next Rock. Plenty of guys have made a good go of it, though. Not just Dave Batista, but like Kevin Nash has a really solid acting resume.

She has multiple business opportunities. You have seen her working with Disney, modeling, and at events, conventions.

It's difficult for an entertainer in her line of work to tell you anything new partly because of ongoing negotiations & her non-compete clause.


There's nothing wrong with what happened here with Macho & Nash, my point is, WWE does not operate like that anymore.

Nash & Macho & the rest put themselves ahead of WCW. That may be why WCW no longer exists, but what I feel, and I know some people agree, there needs to be a good split. There has to be a reasonable explanation. WWE has a track record of destroying people & their careers. They argue that their brand is worldwide & they have many superstars. Some people's point is, why walk into it? If you knew they did not have the best intentions, why subject yourself to that?

I've been on this forum for over 16 years & we've seen this before guys. You're just making it weird because it's a pair of African American females doing it.

Anyway, that's how some of these guys ended up the places they ended up.

If you're working in this business & putting your body through it, there's more to it than the check. Certainly that's an important element.

I think Sasha will return to WWE because not only does she still hang out with Trinity (Naomi) and her husband Jimmy Uso, but it looks like they're also buddies with The New Day since they went to see Wakanda Forever together and posed for pictures.

Also with New Day bragging how they're longest tag champs and how Bloodline will never break their record - how is this not breaking kayfabe?

Roman needs to set Jimmy straight about consorting with the enemy like this.

i don't see this as a mandy rose scenario where it's like "now what's she gonna do? oNlYfAnS??"

does Sasha have connections/family in hollywood? yes. does she already have some pretty high level work under her belt? yes. the Mandalorian cameo was big, if they bring that character/group she was part of (i saw the show but don't remember the name of the crew she was in) back in storyline and she becomes a regular that's a huge opportunity.

she's also 30. now's the time. it doesn't excuse quitting on the spot, it doesn't mean she won't be back later. but i wouldn't completely write her off or dismiss her as "all she has is her looks, what else is she going to do?"

Also, Chris Jericho made a statement on the 15th, stating that typically he made more per event in Japan than he did at WrestleMania.

This next part isn't from Chris, it's from me.

A lot of people have said that Vince McMahon would hoard most of the profits & typically pay less, percentage wise, than what many other companies both past & present did.

The difference is that WWE typically makes more overall, so while pay could be higher, it's a smaller percentage of the total than what other organizations offer.
