Notice how every guy you listed had their career start in the 1970's to 1990's. Should tell you something about the state of pro wrestling over the last 20+ years.

Are you 12 years old? Seriously your comment is like the only time you've seen Hogan is from clips on YouTube.

Let me talk to you (in LA Knight voice)

Hogan is the biggest draw in the history of wrestling (except Bruno). That means he's popular. People paid money to watch him and he is the reason alone arenas were filled. I've been to cards with Hogan on them and arenas were sold out. I'm talking house shows. I've been to cards where he wasn't on the card and arenas are only half filled. He single handedly not only popularized wrestling to mainstream culture, but connected wrestling to mainstream media and Hollywood celebrities. This in turn popularized merch, t-shirts, toys, TV shows SNL, A-team, Love Boat. This was done 40 years ago when there was no internet and no phones with social media. Without Hogan there never would have been a Wrestlemania or PPV. Maybe there are some woke people who hold grudges and don't like him now, but he is not only the most popular wrestler in the history of wrestling, but Hogan is also one of the most recognized people in the world even to those who don't watch wrestling. Think about that.

I don't know if you're just ignorant or you truly have no idea who Hogan is or ever watched him, but your comment couldn't be more wrong.

if you don't have McMahon on your list, you failed this test

moreover, you can't really say for certain as far as who will remain at the top & still be pushed, someone could come along

example

Bruno was very famous & we all know of him

people still know Hogan because Hulkamania is still somewhat voiced

If I were to guess, I'd say the smart mark will evolve

they'll be the minority but they'll know

regardless, you could put Randy Orton on that list, I believe his tenure with the company was enough that his matches will hold strong for quite some time

he also faced a lot of notable individuals

also, consider the video quality because in the future people may barely accept 1080p

who knows

I'd also like to add Andre to that list, but you and I know that the fame behind Andre has faded

people don't bring him up like they used to

so, you saw my thread about Flair

will Flair hold up

https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showt...hp?t=184332273

yeah well it's just how things go

I like the idea some of you have presented

Cody Rhodes

as I was saying, think about not just the match quality but the production quality, the video quality

alright, that's all I have

hey you guys ever play Fortnite ?

100 years from now. At most Brock Leasner. Maybe Kurt Angle. No one else.
No one in recent times has done anything of any merit outside of “pro” wrestling except these 2.
100 years is a long time. Might not be any “pro” wrestling by then.

I was hoping gable Stevenson was the second coming of Kurt angle

I think women will dominate pro wrestling decades from now tbh. Dunno where it’ll be a century away.
