That's a good idea, though wouldn't it involve feuding with Finn for dominance?
Though I could see if Edge destroys Finn at Mania they'd need a replacement leader to take on Edge, and Randy is obviously perfect for that considering their history.

Given that Randy's been brought up, and we're looking at young stars who need reinvention - how about Matt Riddle comes along for the ride?

Riddle left for rehab in December because of his drug problems so trying to push him as a face with his constant pot humor wouldn't work well, whereas bringing him back as a SES-style Punk "saved" by Judgement Day would work wonders.

That could also work if you were trying him out on NXT first, using Schism. I know Gacy said they weren't recruiting anymore but I'm sure they'd make an exception for Riddle.

Judgement Day is great as is. They all work well together.
I like how they are a stable of bad guys, but they also actually care about and support each other. It's like a wholesome brand of evil.

I think you'd have to keep them black with someone like Mace to continue the theme.
