PJ Brooks Teasing a WWE Return?

At Friday night’s Cage Fury Fighting Championships (CFFC) event, CM Punk provided guest commentary in what was his first public appearance since being fired from AEW. A reference was made to the announcement of Punk’s AEW contract being terminated “with cause” as Punk’s broadcast partner John Morgan stated that Punk was back, with cause, at the CFFC.

Punk also seemingly teased a WWE return. During the show, Punk said that he has free time on his hands for “the next two months” which would be until around the time of the Survivor Series PLE in Chicago. Punk also used Cody Rhodes’ “what do you want to talk about” line.

if dwayne is back for WM after blowing off the last couple, Cody needs a headline feud to distract from his "story" not ending. Punk's perfect for that and you assume he'd play ball given it's his last shot at the big time. he always wanted to close out mania* and this is it.

Well, Roman needs a new loser to destroy anyway.

And yeah, night 1 lol. Or maybe a triple threat with Cody. Cody pins Brooks to win the title, Roman can claim it was that loser who got pinned.

The problem is if he did come back to WWE, he'll do the whole good behavior thing for a while like all narcissists do and then as soon as he's not getting his way, he'll make the booboo face and cry on his podcast about having to make Roman look strong again. He's old and broken down and just ain't worth the drama he brings no more.
