Like Joe and bully Ray he’s in ring shape. Maybe like Roy Nelson. Trains non strop cardio but diet is a ton of calories. With all the exercise he gets during his matches on on top of that. If Nelson cleaned up his diet he’d lose tons.

Say what you will about the steroid era physiques but atleast those guys looked intimidating despite wrestling being "fake"

I was banned from Arnold Schwarzenegger's ******** for pushing back, constructively and respectfully, against the hyper progressive statements he has made over the last couple years.
I only made 1 or 2 posts, but apparently that was more than enough to warrant banning in Arnold's eyes.
