Is It True That the HART FAMILY Were Known as the Cowards of Canada?

Was rewatching HBK and his Knights vs. the Hart family(Owen heel turn night), and Heenan said the Hart family were known as the cowards of Canada. He said he heard it all around.

Any Canucks can confirm this?
