Sunny Sentenced 17 Years in Prison
As previously noted, WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was charged with numerous crimes from her March 2022 car accident including DUI manslaughter in connection with the death of 75-year old Julian L. Lasseter. Florida State Attorney RJ Larizza declared Sytch to be “a danger to society.”
Sytch’s sentencing took place today in Volusia County, Florida. Defense and prosecutors brought in expert witnesses to argue how Sytch should be sentenced with her history of mental health and substance abuse issues being discussed. Lasseter’s family spoke to the courtroom and his daughter asked that Sytch serve the maximum time in prison which is 26 years.
Stych took the stand with a prepared statement and apologized to Lasseter’s family for her “stupid decision.” Sytch said what she did “haunts” her and she thinks about it every day, adding that she would trade places with Lasseter if she could. Sytch said her downfall started with the death of Chris Candido and she vowed to make positive contributions to society by speaking with young people about the dangers of drugs/alcohol.
The judge ended up sentencing Sytch to 17 total years in prison with 8 years of probation after she is released. The 17 years in prison consists of 10.6 years for driving with a suspended license causing death and 7 years for DUI manslaughter to be served following that. With credit for time served, Sytch will be in prison for over 15 years.

No more Sunny days for Bret I guess.

It's hard to comprehend her downfall, from where she was in the 90s to now, it's just... Wow.
I understand people ****ing up, or even going off the rails for a couple of years or whatever, but people like her who just NEVER learn and can never pull their **** together, year after year, decade after decade, it just confuses me.
She will be an elderly lady when she gets out, crazy to think.

she got off easy.
hopefully for her sake, she can get herself clean in prison and live the last 10-15 years of her life like a normal person

Congratulations to the Judge-when she gets out she will have a free bus pass, so will not need to drive.

Even though she is fat and ugly and killed someone, I would still pork her just because it’s Sunny.
