Where do you rank Chris Jericho in all time best wrestlers list?

Since I have only watched WCW, WWE, TNA and AEW, so I am ranking him according to that.

I think Chris Jericho is one of the underrated wrestlers, sometimes people have to appreciate the longevity of the career and the amount of wrestlers a wrestler has faced...ranging from all different styles...and Chris Jericho is one of them...so many good matches, so many memorable feuds, pretty good on mic, handy in all divisions...

I rank him at no. 14 in all time best wrestlers list.

Similar to Edge, top 100 but not cracking the top 20.

I think Jericho had more potential than Edge also, when he was in WCW he was the closest thing I'd seen to a prime HBK in terms of charisma.

In WWE in the attitude era he was kind of lost in the pack a little bit, while I'm aware he was the first undisputed champion he wasn't really treated like that.

Also in wwe he started jobbing way too often way too early in his career.

Even in the early 00s it felt like any rookie could catch a win over Jericho and it wasn't a big deal.

Overall I felt Jericho had more in the tank early in his career and management never quite mined it all the way to it's core.

Top 20 for me for promo skills alone. Shame he went full Dreamer Bulk in recent years, he did get a bit of a dad bod a while ago and never seemed to turn it around.
The list, watch IT, drink it in man, the legendary mic skills (roasting Big E what does the E stand for, roasting that dude with no chin etc), great worker in the ring and got away with no serious injuries

A lot lower the last decade or so-especially since he joined AEW & had nobody to slightly curb his ego tripping, circle jerks.

i think they're pretty close but wouldn't you give Jericho the advantage even just based on not missing 9 years? then edge came back and blew a tricep and missed another year after that. Edge is hard to rank.

I'd have Jericho pretty high on my top list. Decorated career across multiple promotions. I think he's hanging around at the party too long at this point but when he first went to AEW it was a risk and it paid off for a while. one of the very few guys who can go heel/face anytime and still be entertaining. so many memorable catch phrases and clever ideas. the scarf, the list, the evil suit jericho, punching Shawn's wife, the blinking jacket.

Upon initial entry in WWE I didn't have a full appreciation for him. It took time, it took me maturing and realizing the others he got over, the fact he got things like the list of jericho over, that he could make something out of nothing is when I learned I appreciated Jericho.

it certainly speaks to a bigger theme when you consider many people will have Steve Austin and Dwayne in their top 4-5 rankings, yet their primes were a handful of years at most. Sometimes you don't want a guy to hang around forever.

Also makes you appreciate a guy like Randy Orton, who has hung around forever but stayed in shape and continued to be a fantastic athlete in the ring.

Just based on those promotions I’d say top 25.

I agree that he’s not helping his legacy now that he’s lost a step and frequently looks very bloated but I don’t think holding on too long cancels out your earlier successes. Ric Flair’s recent retirement match with the fake heart attack was cringe but it doesn’t erase the classic matches with Steamboat, for instance.

There's no way you can name 50 wrestlers better than him.

I wish Chris Jericho had that big time Wrestlemania or Summerslam match with The Undertaker or Brock Lesnar later on his career...that would have made him look really strong...he deserved it really...but I don't know what happened...he was trying to help Evan Bourne, Dolph Ziggler and Fandango get over but not much happened.

Probably top 25 somewhere. His longevity and entertainment value is damn near top tier.

His AEW run doesn't count... it's like Flair's TNA run. Lol
