How would a Regular Human go about doing Red/Green Mist? SRS. very srs pls srs answer

How would a Regular Human go about doing Red/Green Mist? SRS. very srs pls srs answer
like what gimmick would i need to obtain to be able to do this?

I’m sure whites and blacks could spit it too. But it’s an oriental Asian thing so imo don’t unless you are that .

When I was a kid I would just practice with the grated Parmesan cheese that is basically in powder form and comes in a big container. You have to act quick though or your mouth will start watering. Get a big pile in your hand, and when your opponent(or in my case, little brother) gets close throw it in your mouth then spray it into his face. Works 99% of the time every time.

You need to be asian. Sorry.
Red causes temporary blindness. Minutes if youre strong, days for the regular joes like Tommy Dreamer.
Green causes poison/infection, but can easily be treated in the hospital.

Only Japanese people are born with a mist gland.
Any time you see a non-Japanese person doing it they are faking.
I'm not even sure if all Japanese people are born with a mist gland. Perhaps in addition to having the gland, using it requires practice. We know Muta, Tajiri and Asuka have one. But I never seen IYO or Kairi use mist. It may be undeveloped, like when Baby Godzilla can only use radio active breath after Godzilla steps on his tail.
