2024 Tacoma
https://www.motortrend.com/news/2024...t-look-review/

Wow, Toyota killed it with this.
326hp / 465ft-lb
8 speed auto or 6 speed manual
Full time 4WD Torsen center diff
Multi terrain modes available in 4H now, and not limited to 4L
1700lb payload / 6500lb towing
Much improved interior and tech throughout
Has me pumped to see the next gen 4Runner and GX. Once all three are out, I’ll be trading in my 2018 Tundra Platinum/Pro on one of them.

Honestly, I have mixed feelings. One the one hand hnnnngggg. On the other hand…I really really don’t like how everything is trending towards smaller displacements with forced induction.
I just bought a pretty nasty V8 Lexus. I am planning on snagging my wife a v8 GX.
Personally, I want to grab the naturally aspirated Toyota/Lexus V8s (and 3.5L v6 s) while we still can.
idk why I just don’t think the reliability of a booster 4-banger or twin turbo v6 will be as good as what these last of their kind n/a V8/V6s

It's a bad ass truck for sure. If it weren't so damn small, I'd probably trade my 2022 Tundra for one, but they're way too damn little on the inside for me at 6ft and 3 kids.

Cant stand screens that are not integrated into the dash. Every single car maker decided to just paste a giant screen in every car. Eyesore that makes all interiors feel the same. Cant tell if im in a minivan oor econo car or a sportscar anymore

Not a bad truck for the price (MSRP) but let’s see how much the dealerships jack it up!!
