If they can manage to not fk up pit stops and strategies in general, Ferrari is definitely looking to be best of the rest. I could see them putting Red Bull in some hard spots on certain tracks and/or if Red Bull ever slips up on car setup.

Just read an analysis of long run pace from all the sessions of testing this year, Ferrari topped the list for fastest average over 14-20 lap runs, but also, Ferrari's large variance in lap times between tire compounds implies that Ferrari was running less fuel than redbull in those runs, and that the straight line speed traps imply redbull may have really turned down the power unit for testing.

Maybe the midfield will be closer this year since they are all driving rb19's now, but I'm not expecting much more than that.

Outside of redbull #1, and Ferrari #2, the rest are tough to call, and honestly if Ferrari's race pace is as dismal as last year, those testing laps might mean nothing IRL - which is why I think people are putting more faith in McLaren on pre-season rankings (due to last year's car at season's end)
