Everyone here was so incredibly demeaning in their posts at $19k saying how it's going to skyrocket and laughing at everyone else, a sure sign of an emotional speculation. I think it is still possibly the greatest asymmetrical bet in existence. It destroys gold in being both a store of value and a medium of exchange, and if you truly understand that, then for Bitcoin to simply match gold's current market capitalization would mean the price of 1 Bitcoin would be $595,000 as of today.

Except it's much better. $595,000 is the absolute floor. It will likely go on to smash this, seeing as it is programmable, truly unstoppable, on its way to being ubiquitous, and the barrier to entry is getting as low as it possibly can and only improving every single day
