Northvolt had the "founded by ex tesla employees" meme factor that lucid had with Rawlinson too.
I am 65% certain they'll IPO waaaaaaaaaaay before going SPAC route. But you never know the CRHC team is solid and their piggy bank is huge. Without bloomberg rumors I won't beleaf

Yeah for sure either Reuters or Bloomberg. I'd think that Volkswagen wouldn't be a huge fan of going spac and would rather IPO ala Rivian with Amazon.

Ayyy lmao got 50 CRHC $10 Feb calls yesterday for $250 total. The funniest part is I'm trying to close my Jan $10 CC for $5/each, but no one is willing to sell that low. Somebody probably got margin called or sold via market orders on the February calls I presume. At this point I'll be thrilled if they announce northvolt

Don't. I'm waiting for $1.6-1.8

If markets REALLY panic and tank hard we might see much lower which would obviously present a unique opportunity. I keep buying random junk so my cash position is shrinking faster than expected, but I'd free up lots and lots of funds if I could rebuy at $1.2ish.

Nice, yea MAAC ended up being a pleasant surprise. Bwac should be close but remember they barely have any time left, those warrants could go to zero if they don’t get something in the next 5 months.

I personally think there are better spacs at the same price as Bwac right now. Who knows though.

Bought in February for $1.94. 20k worth.
Watched it go down to ~60c, maybe less but hodled like a mofo.
Ticker change to ROIV in ~August.
Finally green a week ago.
Current price: $2.33

Grateful, but I have bigger positions in IPOF and BWAC.

CRHC rumors are disappointing af. AVAN and etac seem content with doing nothing. Thankfully I sold off all my preDA warrants before the last downturn. Still rolling 15,000 deep on SABS.

Might buy PNTM for the Lambo meme. The speculation looked good to me.

I have a lot of PNTM but have had it for awhile and think they will get something solid. I think the PNTM lambo rumors are completely baseless though. The guy whose posting that as a rumor is notorious for pumping. I wouldnt say he's a pump and dumper but he incessantly pumps and speculates. Super annoying. He did it with ADER, then tekk and igac, then moved on to DCRD, and now PNTM. He pretty much yolos on w/e is his flavor of the month.

And the sponsor has to keep adding money to the trust for each extension. At some point they'll either decide they aren't extending or a deal will get done.

Are SPACs still meh?

I noticed IPOF hasn’t found a company yet and is trading around $10

Surely it’s close to something

Utter groce. Good despac names are trading in the $3-6 range why buy spacs when you know that is the trading range and that’s where they all end up? Holding commons that I’ll be selling to take assignment on sofi ayy lmao

Well first off 98 percent of spacs are dog**** companies and additionally most ipoed in a crazy valuation era. Most ipos are also down huge in the same time frame.

I’m not convinced the spacs going forward will trade at 3-6 dollars. We’ll see. I think a lot of squeezes will happen from mass redemptions.

Played Allg> GGR. A couple of good ones coming up. Some warrants right now are trading 20-30 cents. Any decent deal and it’s a 4-10 bagger if you held through merger. Don’t think a lot of targets want to spac atm with this kind of volatility.

Whoever gets Onlyfans, I will definitely yolo

Have no clue what will happen to a lot of these pre da spacs- if we’ll see mass terminations or just extension after extension. Sec changes coming up too. It’ll be nice in a couple of years when we are back down to 50-100 spacs.
