Last time China made the claim they were gonna ban bitcoin trading and caused a huge downward trend for months. Lots of millionaires, billionaires, and politicians went in knowing it was fake news. And since then ETH went from 200 to 1200.
I guess it’s Korea’s turn. FYI they have Korean millionaires and companies backing up several coins, some lobbying would stop them if they thought about it. But chances are it’s a scare tactic to lower buy ins.
Wait a bit and buy in, or HODL your alts till BTC drops to about sub 10k and trade for the inevitable rise

The fake China news fked me big time. Instead of making about 5 grand, I pulled out and made 500 bucks.
Advice for all. Just buy and hold, fk the news. Don't ever pay it any attention, I don't care if they say Trump will serve everyone holding coins a lifetime prison sentence. Just HOOOLLLLLDDDDD

1. Extremely hard to buy, need to provide personal details to shady "exchange" site, who end up bankrupt every other Tuesday, and god knows how they trade with your personal info.
2. No real regulated price, each of those scammer "exchange" set their own price, and rip you off with commission rates which would make more sense to borrow money from the mafia.
3. Even if you had 1000000 bitcoins its not like you can cash it out. You might be lucky to cash a couple, but once a big holder will attempt to cash out some big money the whole market will collapse, and by the time you'll try to cash out you'll be left with virtual dust in your E-wallet.
4. Even if all of the above was wrong (and it isn't), there is no real secure solution for storing bitcoins, even those hardware wallets aren't that safe for many reasons.
5. Quantum computers willdecimatethe entire cryptocurrency market as we know it. And these bad arses arecoming sooner than you might be thinking.
For now the whole Bitcoin thing is one giant pyramid scam. I am pretty sure though, that in the future crypto currency will play a big role as a legit currency, but many issues will have to be solved before that happens.
