Once any of these conditions falls, it will be a lot harder to make any money unless you actually learn and develop the fundamentals of trading. If you don't believe me, try trading on the FOREX market for a few days.
This is where I differ in opinion to most people. But I'm of the view this will do little to slow down the growth of BTC.

You need to remember that these are cash settled markets. No actual BTC is being bought unless you go to an exchange. This means more volume in the markets, and the exchanges are just as slow as they have always been. I think we will see similar levels of growth, you just won't get bitcoin going from 19k to 15k in the space of 5 minutes. That's not necessarily a bad thing and not really going to impact on somebody buying and holding BTC, which i assume most of us are.

It's virtually impossible to make profit trading BTC on the swings because if of it's exponential growth and the how slow the networks are, getting in and out quickly is they key to proper trading.

I really wouldn't worry about Futures on the CME slowing down growth of BTC. Only demand can do that, and I can only see that increasing come December 10, not decreasing.

BTC will be at least 30k USD by EOY (srs). And well into 100 - 200k end of next year.

yeah they released some news today but nothing spectacular, market cap went down to 61-62m or so but it has stabilized at 70-73m for the past few hours

"First of all, we’re more than happy to announce that Request Colossus is about to be ready anytime now. We will release the first version of Request working with Ethereum on testnet within the next two weeks, before the next project update."

they didn't put a specific date when Colossus will be released to avoid pump n dumps but apparently it should be launched within the next 13 days.

I don't have them so I can't tell you. What I can say is you definitely don't want any gambler's fallacies influencing your decisions, that's probably the most common thing you see here.

"It went up so now it'll keep going up/go down", "It's gone up for years, so it'll never go down", "I should have gone in yesterday" etc. The market will save you from those decisions right now, but it won't if you're trading against experienced people.

Also, TA, chart pattern recognition etc. it would take years to be at a level where you can beat most novice traders. If you want to test yourself, go trade on FOREX markets where you're trading against hardened veterans who eat, sleep and dream this sh*t.

There's a fundamental flaw in crypto futures also. What happens if the target price hits on Saturday or Sunday, but is completely different when Wall Street opens Monday?

that's where I bought too, but just going to hold because market is irrational and think more gains could be had. Only have 17 ltc but figure might as well let it ride.

I can't decide if I should hold btc overnight. It's feeling like it's running out of steam and I don't want to be in it on Sunday unless it starts pumping.

What's IOTA on bitfinex? I'm showing 308 right at $5 9n binance

Ask yourself this: will IOTA maintain that market cap after all the news and hype dies down.

I see two possibilities, we make it to $6-7 dollars, don't overtake BCH for number 3, and corrects back to $1.50-$2, at which point you have an opportunity just like when BTC went $1000 to $300 after Mt Gox. You want to be accumulating IOTA under $2 in STACKS.

Option 2: We make it up to $8 or so, and it gets spot number 3. With that kind of attention, its big leagues or bust, an it will stay 10B plus market cap forever or implode.
We are all gunna make it

I could see it taking a while, it may even 2-3x in cap before correcting, and still end up $5+, that’s the question. A short term entry on hype/news is usually profitable - there was plenty of time to enter <$3
