I started researching it, then abandoned until it was ~$50. By the time I finished researching and decided to invest it was almost $90.

BTW, interesting vid for anyone that wants to understand the technical details of Byzantium:

How do you guys buy bitcoins in volume?

The instant buy limits on coinbase is really getting annoying. I am using a credit card to buy. I don't feel comfortable giving any more information for higher level verification.

I am a complete noob at this btw. There has to be a way to buy in large bulk with a credit card. Some please clue me in thanks.

My credit card limit is $5k per week. I've never cucked myself to use this method though - use a bank account to avoid high fees.

BATs apollo release is about a year or longer away, so this project is still in its infancy. Also the team behind the project is solid, they already have somewhat of a working product developed, and digital advertising has its own set of problems.

I currently work in digital advertising, and there is certainly a place for BATs. A lot of people don't like ads in general, and some are ok with them, but think tracking pixels and retargeting is creepy and would like to opt out, and then there are people like me who like ads as long as they are relevant. Im hoping BAT will be able to cater towards a demographic that will be highly engaged with ads served because they are opting in to having ads served. Its a bit of a moonshot, and its a while away, but it could be huge.

Dayum. How long have you been buying and selling? New to this been only a few months. But already made 2.5x what I put in. Which is crazy to me. How long does it take for them to finally increase your limit to a reasonable amount?

I thought WTC was cheap when it dropped down to the 14's and bought back in after selling in 16's, but now in the 13's, not sure if I should double down on it yet or if BTC will push it down further with its rise.

Gdax and coinbase are the same company.

lol if you're still buying from coinbase.

You guys are letting them cuck you /w their fees.

wire a large amount of money to an exchange and start trading. or wait 3-4 days with a bank transfer.

Someone in the previous thread claiming to be Cryptobandit predicted a max out price at $5 for BAT. I dont see how that would play out for the token use case. Soccer moms and basement dwellers could basically sit at home watching ads and make bank.

IMO Civic has a more realistic roadmap and will reach the $5 target easier and quicker than BAT

Has anyone here heard of Bitquence (BQX)? Their whole thing is developing an exchange with a universal wallet and making crypto accessible to the 'Average Joe'. Market cap is only $46 million at the moment:

https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/bitquence/

Any thoughts? FYI I hold a bit.

BQX only pumped because of Suppoman's group. It's been his "secret coin" for months. You basically have to buy his course for $10 to know about it. Was oversold massively to over $1. The team has barely released anything in terms of work and news. Still a good token to hold long term if they can pull it off

I don't see how Vitalik's presence can budge a 10 billion dollar market cap tbh.

Let's not fight among ourselves in here please. If you don't like someone's suggestions then simply don't follow the advice. It's up to everyone to do their own research and your money is your responsibility. God knows how much money we've all lost because a few select people chose to criticise and attack CryptoBandit(rip). Wouldnt be suprised if the same thing happened with Mcity23.

Stop sabotaging yourselves.
