Your lifts are absolutely beginner level, your attitude is before beginner level. It’s rare that I, as an old woman, can outlift a guy who thinks he’s an intermediate

Fix your attitude get on a decent programme and quit trolling

It's okay OP. I remember when I used to bench 100 lb, it was in 8th grade. Oh wait that was your squat number, I don't remember when I only squatted a hundred pounds. Probably sometime in elementary school.

If it makes you feel better my hundred and thirty pound wife has bigger lifts than you and she's only been working out for 2 months.

Sadly if this is where your lifts are and you were going to the gym at all, it looks like you have been lacking the intensity necessary to be successful in this sport. If all you want to be is skinny than stop putting food in your mouth. If you want to get strong then you're going to have to change quite a bit, but honestly I don't think you have the mentality and the dedication.

This is one of the best troll posts we've had in a while, he's got us all continuing to post on a 3rd page of the second post about the same thing despite him being hostile and rejecting most advice. Intermediate my azz, this guy is an expert/elite in his craft
