615 deadlift today lads. That makes 1500 for the week. 515 squat, 370 bench, 615 dead. The only thing left now is a 405 bench and the gym is complete and I'll become a full time drunk again.

There use to be a guy on fitmisc named “haventflinchedinyears” and he could dead lift 685. As far as I know he may be the strongest dude I ever come across on bb forums. You may be a close second in the deadlift

Flex in his 50s did 615 I think. There was another from old misc and was on newmisc that did 750. Don't know if he made it to this forum. He posted a screenshot instead of a video though which is suspect.

His spare time? It’s Saturday and like 630pm there yet he only posts in the 830-1030pm his local time. He must have a desktop and that’s only thing he opens misc on. Probably a boomer. I use misc on my phone most the time
