It’s 6’0-6’2.
I’ve been all these heights and am now 6’0 at my lowest and 6’1 Out of bed. When I peaked at 6’2 two decades ago, I couldn’t imagine being an inch taller.

6'1 or 6'2 is the definite GOAT height in terms of looks and proportions. If you have the build and frame to be 6'4 or 6'5 and look like THOR then that's the only exception. But at 6'3+ you become lanklet DYEL status, and have to get clothes customized just to fit. At these heights too you will find that certain sports become infinitely easier (basketball, volleyball) while others become much more challenging (most lifts, distance running, anything involving agility like soccer)
On average, all things considered, 6'1 to 6'2 is the best height. You'll be taller than most. Have a frame that isn't too challenging to build out. Have a body that will make you stand out in most sports. 'Tall' but not 'too tall' for women.

6'4-6'8" is the goat height. 6'4" is the very top end of normal people height. Any taller can be harder to pull off but if you can you basically unmoggable

So we’re all in agreement that 6’2” - 6’3” is the perfect height? We have as low as 5’8” (not sure is srs) and as high as 6’8” (terra Chad hasn’t caught on yet). The sweet spot is undoubtably 6’2” - 6’3” with 6’1” being perfectly acceptable and 6 foot being pure cope.
