You smell it first to see if it's good. Just ask if it smelled better than it tasted? Do you have regrets about choosing it? How was your tummy after you ate it, was it filling? Compare calories on a data sheet and xerox it and give out copies to everyone about what you guys found out about food that day. Then say you're fine when everyone asks you what the hell you are doing
