I'm sure that they will figure it all out.

I’ve driven through a lot of LA, the past couple years it has gotten exponentially worse. Used to be “mostly” contained to skid row but now its everywhere. Most scared i’ve ever been driving was i made a wrong turn off a freeway and ended up in some sketchy tunnel, full of homeless camp and zombie looking people walking in the street etc.
