If you're already married and don't need to worry about looks, that's an acceptable excuse. Also, LMAO at people whinging about the price of a transplant. Any man with a halfway decent job could easily afford the procedure or at the very least go onto a payment plan.

Turkey is high risk high reward. I turkey they're not happy unless they get to scam you, that goes for restaurants, clothes, shoes, and medical services. Nothing can be taken at face value, as they spend lots of time on fake reviews (positive as well as negative), creative ways of spinning their services, and so on. You better do a hell of a lot of research before you go. Check reddit for reviews of the clinic and stalk the people's profiles for results. People are full of chit all over the place.
I went there and got a transplant. I got lucky and had a decent result, but i didnt research thoroughly and i feel like i dodged a bullet. Can hardly track down a legit review of the place, website full of bullchit. But it went fine, thank Jay-C.
Turkey is full of hair mills, places where they go for maximum grafts in the first procedure, and youll only see a legit doctor for maybe 5 minutes, the rest is done by a team of technicians. You're lucky if they give a thought to subsequent transplants (remember your donor supply is limited).
Also if you dont wanna take fin (pussyboy), forget about it. A transplant should in most cases be accompanied by medical therapy. Who want to go bald and be left with a permanent horseshoe shaped patch of hair on the forehead.
